Welcome to Kymara
Hi, my name is Ginger. Relly, is my artist name and also a long time family nickname. Ginger Relly, Ginger Relly, that’s all I heard as I grew up. It took a long time to find love for that nickname, somehow art brought it all together.
I have always loved art since a young age. Art was always my favorite subject and often I was called out in class for doodling to much. I didn’t even know art could be a career, the passion was always there. Life is always full of surprises!
Art, the use of my hands, the freedom of expression, has allowed me to find a deeper side to everything around, and find the acceptance of myself. My artwork is a bookmark of my life, a time, a chapter, a feeling.
My artwork and the mediums I use are constantly changing, evolving with each step I take. Painting is always a constant, from murals, commissions, abstract. Woodworking is always a challenge and constant education. Resin is a friend and can be used in so many aspects of art. With all these mediums and more I continue to learn and create with time.
I am bold and innovative. I excel at taking a blank canvas and giving it a unique story. Imitating my own life and allowing society inside my defenses to see what can be and what is. I take many different mediums and mesh them in such a way that it creates a story for that piece, completely unique and all its own. I put my experiences, emotions, wins, and losses into whatever canvas I am working on, and it ends up telling a story that is different to each viewer. I take things that have been done and add the only thing I can that is unique, I. Fallible human beings. I put a piece of me in everything I do and as I move and evolve through time each piece becomes different just like me. My styles change, my location changes, my age changes, what I watch and eat changes, friendship circles change, therefore the only thing that is constant is change. I embrace this and allow it to give my clients the best I have to offer at this moment in time, whether it be woodworking, murals, mosaics, metal work, jewelry making, sewing, I can go on because there is so much still that I have not experienced.
